For context, he won’t jump up or even lightly hop up on a surface more elevated than ~1’. The vet indicates he has lost some bone in his hips and back knees, and he has a slight tear in his CCL, which is the equivalent to the ACL in humans.

Hopefully with time he will choose to use the stairs.
